A hybrid of book club, course and coaching this unique opportunity is to provide tools, insights and frameworks to prepare and begin your personal journey. By the end of the program each participant will have begun building a Being ME Profile and a Safe Brave ME Plan Leveraging a private learning portal, the program highlights are: Maximum 16 person cohorts; Bi-monthly; 1.5-hour connections Ten-week program beginning mid-January. Structure > Pre-read a small section of book followed by Teach; Share; Try & Apply. Simple practical intersession exercises to apply the insights Recorded sessions on Safe Brave Circle Portal for those that miss a session Access to SBS tools and tips
